Exploring Copenhagen: Embrace Every Moment:

While the weather was still relatively warm, my friend and I decided to explore Copenhagen across the sea. We packed a suitcase, caught the earliest train, and embarked on our journey to the neighboring country. It’s hard to imagine that such a short distance would take us to another country. I heard that passports are randomly checked on the train, which gave me a sense of traveling abroad. The train journey felt like crossing a blue tunnel with the sky and sea enveloping the entire train. As we stepped off the train, observing the bustling station, I could feel the vitality of this city. Following the crowd out of the station, we found ourselves facing the famous Tivoli Gardens amusement park. The weather was splendid, with white clouds drifting across the blue sky amidst the screams of thrill-seekers on the rides. Dragging our suitcases along the cobblestone path, we hoped the rest of the way would be flat. After dropping off our luggage at the hotel, we headed to the large square in front of Copenhagen City Hall. Unfortunately, the building was under renovation at the time, so its full view was obstructed by grey cloth. We then wandered into Copenhagen’s old town. The narrow streets were packed with small shops, and tourists eagerly explored each side of the street. Our first stop was the famous Danish brand: LEGO. The storefront was smaller than I had imagined, but inside, there were many breathtaking large LEGO sculptures, showcasing the creativity of LEGO. There was also a project where visitors could design their own LEGO figures. You could choose their clothes, expressions, and hairstyles, creating your own unique LEGO character. Sadly, I felt it was a bit pricey at the time and didn’t buy any. But I believe if I had bought one then, I wouldn’t regret it now; it would have carried the wonderful experience of this trip. This is also a lesson I’ve learned from my travels over the past six months. Some things may seem unnecessary or expensive at the time, but please don’t overlook their significance. They represent precious moments in a rare journey, and some places, once left, may never be revisited in a lifetime. Small souvenirs are the best containers for beautiful memories. I hope we can all enjoy our journeys to the fullest and experience them without regrets.
